Based in Tokyo, FilMelange produces premium basic T-shirts using only 100% organic materials including organic-fed wool, cashmere made of naturally fallen fur and cotton grown with a reduced amount of fertiliser and no chemicals. Fil Melange produce their fabric on special 'loop wheeler' flying pick weaving machines from the 1950s, which produces a fabric that is super soft and light as if it is 'woven by air' and formed as a seamless tube of cotton that allows the T-shirt to be made without any side stitching.
